Engagement and Wedding Rings are packaged in ILLARIY's complementary luxe gift box, accompanied by all relevant documentation. Diamonds are carefully packaged in ILLARIY's linen pouch accompanied by their grading reports.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PARCEL IS LATE ?
Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. If an order appears to be delayed, we highly recommend contacting your local post office.
DOES ILLARIY REQUIRE SHIPPING INSURANCE?
Shipment insurance protects your order against loss, damage or theft while your order is in transit. When orders are insured with Route, any items stolen off of the customers porches are covered by Route, even after the item is marked as delivered. Customers can purchase shipment insurance for around 1% - 3 % of the cart value to fully protect your entire order. This insurance is optional and can be included at checkout. To opt in of this service, click in the box next to ‘Add Shipping Protection’ before you submit your order. All orders are properly packaged to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. However, we encourage our customers to use Route (Insurance Company) as your package will be covered if it gets either lost, damaged or stolen. In case there's an issue during shipping with your order you can file a claim with Route in few easy steps.
