The majority of our rings are made in our studio, by our incredibly talented jewellers. The quality of our work is such that we are able to offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship of all the rings that we make. This guarantee is over and above any consumer protections provided by Australian law.

Lifetime Guarantee on Workmanship

Our lifetime guarantee is on workmanship. In the case of rings, it does not cover wear and tear or damage to a ring from misuse. Gold and platinum are relatively soft metals, and can be scratched, dented and bent. Diamonds and gemstones are not indestructible. They can be chipped, scratched and broken. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance over your ring, to cover it for any loss and damage that may occur. 

Looking After Your Rings

Care must be taken when wearing precious items of jewellery. You should remove your rings when doing housework, gardening, going to the gym, moving house, or other activities that may impact on the ring. We recommend that you bring your ring in regularly (every 1 – 2 years) so that we can check the claws and re-polish the ring. It costs about $75-$200 AUD per ring, and is an important part of looking after your rings.
