For a refund request, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of shipment from our facility. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in a pristine condition for a full refund. Please return the items including all product documentation (original reports, certificates, etc), within the same 30-day period.
To ensure safe shipment, securely package all items, minimizing movement within the package, and seal the box; failure to receive the items will hinder refund initiation. Proper packaging is crucial to prevent transit damage, as inadequately packaged items won't be accepted.
Upon receipt of the parcel, all eligible returned items passing our review process will receive a 30-day money-back guarantee, excluding shipping and insurance costs. Note that items exceeding our 30-day Refunds Policy are not eligible for refunds.
The customer bears full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during return shipments, and ILLARIY assumes no liability. It is highly advised to insure the return package for its full purchase value to safeguard against potential losses.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance associated with the return or exchange of items, which are non-refundable.
Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept refunds or exchanges for :
• Diamonds & Gemstones
• Bespoke Commisions, Special orders and Personalised items: Eg. engraving, hand stamped, custom made jewellery or accessories.
• Intimate Items: Jewellery Piercing Products (Eg. earrings, studs, screw studs, belly rings) for reasons of health and hygiene.
• Items on Sale: Sale is final once payment is received.
In order to proceed, it is essential that we receive the items in their original packaging, meticulously packed, and in the exact condition as they were shipped.
The jewellery should not have any missing diamonds, pearls or gemstones from its original state. Additionally, it is important to note that no alterations or adjustments should have been made to the jewellery by any other jeweller or individual.
Shipping both ways is at buyer's expenses. If you wish to exchange an item, this must be done within 30 days of shipment from our facility. Please contact us via email to email@example.com for exchange merchandise authorisation (EMA).
An exchanged item will be replaced with the same item or another item only upon receipt of the original item. If the item is not available, you may choose another item of equal or greater value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail price difference will be charged to you.
Loss, damage or theft of return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and ILLARIY shall have no liability for any loss or damage that the customer may suffer during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring your return package for it's full purchase value.
Note: Do not under any circumstances write diamonds, gemstones or jewellery anywhere on the package.
To cancel your order, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours after order has been placed. Accepted cancellations will be refunded.
No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period and you must then follow our Refunds & Exchange Policy.
