REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS POLICY

If you would like a refund you MUST notify us via email to hello@illariy.com.au within 30 days of shipment from our facility, and shipped back to us the items in the original condition, including all product documentation within 30 days.  

Package everything securely to reduce movement during shipment, and seal the box. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than ILLARIY will not be accepted.

All returned items that pass our returns review process will have a 30 day money-back guarantee as soon as the parcel is received. 

Tracking or proof of shipment for the return package is advised. If we do not receive the items back we are unable to organise a refund for items that we don't receive. Any item not properly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting. Please note, items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding our 30 days Refunds Policy.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they are faulty or damaged, we can't accept refunds or exchanges for :

• Special/Custom or Personalised orders: Eg. engraving, hand stamped, custom made jewellery or accessories.

• Intimate Items: Jewellery Piercing Products (Eg. earrings, studs, screw studs, belly rings) for reasons of health and hygiene.

• Items on Sale: Sale is final once payment is received.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY  

We must receive the items in the original packaging, carefully packed and the items must be in the same condition it was shipped in. 

Shipping both ways is at buyer's expenses. If you wish to exchange an item, this must be done within 30 days of shipment from our facility. Please contact us via email to hello@illariy.com.au for exchange merchandise authorisation (EMA). 

An exchanged item will be replaced with the same item or another item ONLY upon receipt of the original item. If the item is not available, you may choose another item of equal or greater value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail price difference will be charged to you.

All items should be returned with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork (such as original diamond certificates/diamond grading report), otherwise returns can not be accepted.

We strongly recommend insuring your return package for it's full purchase value.
