Because of the nature of these items, unless they are faulty or damaged, we can't accept refunds or exchanges for :
* Special/Custom or personalised orders : Eg. engraving, hand stamped, custom made jewellery or accessories.
* Intimate items : Jewellery Piercing Products (Eg. earrings, studs, screw studs, belly rings) for reasons of health and hygiene.
* Items on sale : Sale is final once payment is received.
We don't accept cancellations.
If you would like a refund you MUST notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of shipment from our facility, and shipped back to us the items in the original condition, including all product documentation within 30 days. We will refund your money back as soon as the item is received. Tracking or proof of shipment for the return package is advised. If we do not receive the items back we are unable to organise a refund for items that we don't receive. Any item not properly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting. Please note, items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding our 30 days Refunds Policy.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We must receive the item in the original packaging, carefully packed and the item must be in the same condition it was shipped in. Please include any diamond grading report or appraisal(s). Otherwise; if a diamond report is not returned, you will be liable for $220 AUD replacement cost.
Shipping both ways is at buyer's expenses. If you wish to exchange an item, this must be done within 30 days of shipment from our facility. Please contact us via email to email@example.com for exchange merchandise authorisation (EMA).
An exchanged piece will be replaced with the same item or another item ONLY upon receipt of the original item. If the item is not available, you may choose another item of equal or greater value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail price difference will be charged to you.
Once we received the diamond or piece of jewellery, we will analyse it in our lab and employ third parties if needed to analyse the item. Once we are satisfied you have returned what we sent out, we will process the exchange or refund.
All diamonds returned must be in an undamaged condition, as per the grading report and microscopic photograph. We can not accept returns for diamonds that are damaged (eg. chips, fractures, etc).
Unless there's something wrong with the diamond, we charge a small fee which covers the cost of shipping and insurance back to the vendor.
In all refunds and exchanges we strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for it's full purchase value. ILLARIY is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returned shipments.
