Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. If the package shows that it has been accepted by the post office, then the speed of delivery is beyond our control. ILLARIY cannot be held responsible for goods that are delayed in transit. If a domestic parcel has not been received, please contact us.

If you request an item to be re-shipped, we will charge the credit card or Paypal account for the retail value of the replacement shipment with the appropriate postage.

It is not our responsibility to track every item. If an item appears to be delayed, we highly recommend contacting your local post office to see if it has already been delivered.

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. Please be aware that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. 

We are also not responsible for lost, stolen or packages shipped to incorrect addresses or old addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
