Refunds & Exchange Policy

Because of the nature of these items, unless they are faulty or damaged, we can't accept refunds or exchanges for :

* Custom or personalised orders : Eg. engraving, hand stamped, custom made jewellery or accessories.
* Intimate items : Jewellery Piercing Products (Eg. earrings, studs, screw studs, belly rings) for reasons of health and hygiene.
* Items on sale : Sale is final once payment is received.

Refunds 

We don't accept cancellations.

If you would like a refund you MUST notify us via email to hello@illariy.com.au within 14 days from the date the package is delivered, and mail back the item in new condition no later than 21 days of delivery. We will refund your money back as soon as the item is received. Tracking or proof of shipment for the return package is advised. If we do not receive the items back we are unable to organise a refund for items that we don't receive. Any item not properly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting. Please note, items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding our 14 days Refund Policy.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Exchanges

We must receive the item in the original packaging, carefully packed and the item must be in the same condition it was shipped in.

Shipping both ways is at buyer's expenses. If you wish to exchange an item, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via email to hello@illariy.com.au for exchange authorisation. 

An exchanged piece will be replaced with the same item or another item ONLY upon receipt of the original item. If the item is not available, you may choose another item of equal or greater value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail price difference will be charged to you.
